Pre-arrival-checklist
Before you travel to the UK, ensure you have all the required documents to make your journey smooth. Here is a checklist to help you prepare:
- Passport with entry clearance and a valid visa (passport should be valid for at least 6 months)
- Travel tickets
- Academic certificates, including IELTS or other English language proficiency test results (if applicable)
- Offer and acceptance letters, including the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) letter
- Home Office letter with instructions on collecting your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP)
- Proof of funding for tuition fees, including bank statements (no older than 28 days). If your parents are sponsoring your finances, bring a signed confirmation letter and your original birth certificate
- Accommodation details with the address where you will be staying
- Medical documents: TB test certificate (if required) and IHS payment receipt
- Travel Insurance and Police Clearance Certificate, if applicable
